The Adecco Group is bringing intelligence to front offices through better HR analytics. In a recent announcement, the workforce solutions provider said that it is partnering with Salesforce, Talent Rover, and Accenture to develop a new analytics solution that will simplify the management of candidates, recruiters and customers.
Essentially, the new solution expands on the Adecco Group’s current use of Salesforce. Together with Talent Rover, a Salesforce AppExchange partner, and Accenture, the solution will manage all customer touchpoints in one place, including candidates, recruiters, and customers. It will allow the Adecco Group to closely monitor customers' demand for talent, and improve the speed, accuracy, and flexibility when matching candidates with demand.
“We now have all the key ingredients combining proven innovative technology, industry experience and global deployment capacity to change the game for Adecco with customers and candidates. This platform has been successfully piloted over the past year, delivering impressive results in select markets and will be rapidly deployed globally,” Rob James, chief information officer at the Adecco Group said in a press release.
The solution is built with Salesforce Analytics, Einstein, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. It will leverage Talent Rover—a staffing and recruiting software platform built on the Salesforce Platform. It will be deployed globally by Accenture.
The Adecco Group will leverage Talent Rover's application tracking system, availability management, and placement, as well as integrated search and match capabilities, for the solution. Recruiters will be able to manage the entire candidate journey using Talent Rover with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and with Salesforce Einstein artificial intelligence, fulfill staffing requests faster and more accurately and gain full visibility into supply and demand.
“The HR solution that the Adecco Group is developing with Salesforce and our partners will provide professionals and candidates in this sector with a modern platform that transforms the staffing and recruitment process across every touchpoint,” Miguel Milano, president, EMEA, Salesforce said in the same press release.
