OutSystems is significantly advancing in high-performance, low-code app development with generative AI.
The app development company announced new updates and a developer cloud that will make it easier for companies to drive ROI with low code.
The announcement comes on the sidelines of its NextStep Exec in Singapore, attended by customers across different Asia Pacific industries.
The conference showcased updates to Project Morpheus, OutSystems’ AI roadmap. The new updates look to create a more comprehensive data fabric for customers to easily access and integrate data from any source, regardless of location or format.
Another major announcement is the OutSystems Developer Cloud. The new capabilities in observability and monitoring in the cloud-native development platform will give developers greater visibility into their applications and help them to identify and resolve issues quickly.
OutSystems also emphasized that it remains committed to building new systems of the future with extreme composability and agility at its core. It believes these enhancements will empower companies to innovate and adapt to rapidly digitalizing environments.
“With AI remaining at the forefront of technology innovation, we are committed to leading the way in AI-driven application development and delivering remarkable improvements in code quality and overall development efficiency,” said Paulo Rosado, founder and chief executive officer of OutSystems. “We’ll continue to provide enterprise-grade capabilities for customers to achieve their business goals and create world-class mobile and web apps that drive customer satisfaction.”
At the conference, OutSystems customers such as Roche, City Development Limited, Dynamik Technologies, and Resolution Life Australia highlighted how they use low-code to modernize legacy systems, build and manage their talent pool, and drive incremental productivity and operational efficiency.
